Another week of using your math brain and your science brain together to answer the BLOG.
This week I want to know roughly how many days of the year are spent in the waxing phases and how many days of the year are spent in the waning phases. All correct answer submitters will be entered into a raffle for 50 Collins Coins or you may choose to not enter the raffle and instead earn three coins for your correct answer. Let me know your choice.

Post #15 - Week 6 of the second nine weeks
Welcome Einsteins.
This week's post involves some math on your part. I love how science and math blend so nicely together.
This week you must correctly answer all three questions to receive your prize.
Here are the three questions.
1. Roughly estimate how many full moons are there in each season?
2. Roughly estimate this question - If it is May 10, 2012 and the moon is in the 1st quarter moon phase, when will the moon be in the full moon phase (I want a date).
3. If there is a February 29 in the year, do the moon phases last longer too?
